Originally from San Diego, California, Mark brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, culinary arts, and guest service. His diverse background includes restaurant operations, culinary instruction, winery partnerships, and hospitality leadership, along with certifications as a Level 1 Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW).
After spending more than two decades in San Francisco, Mark and his family relocated to North Carolina to be closer to extended family.
Today, he combines his passion for exceptional dining and genuine hospitality to create memorable experiences for residents at Prime Independent Living.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys cooking with his wife, spending time with their two daughters, coaching soccer, skiing, surfing, and enjoying the beach.
