At Prime Independent Living, we design and develop beautiful senior living residences where active older adults can enjoy the benefits of both independent and community living at a reasonable cost. Using a combined 80 years of real estate development experience and more than three decades of senior housing knowledge, our partners design independent living communities for markets where middle-class senior living is in high demand.
Prime West Knoxville – Opened in 2020
Development on this property began in earnest in 2019, and the property opened in 2020. Boasting a range of fully-equipped one- and two-bed apartments, stellar on-site amenities, and a dedicated staff invested in making life fun for every resident, Prime West Knoxville offered the local community a dream retirement at a great price point. A unique challenge for this development was opening our doors in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic – we were still able to meet (and exceed) census goals in remarkable time.
